Your Resolutions Coming True?

Just checking in on you…

We’re at the halfway point – 2015 is half over.

What have you been up to?

Did you keep your resolutions that you made back in January or are you way off track?

Whether you made a resolution or not, you probably set goals for yourself, right?

Be honest.

Are your t-shirts a little tighter in the wrong areas?

Are your loose fitting jeans now defined as ‘skinny’ because of the way they fit you?

Not good.

But here’s the cool thing…

You can either feel sorry for yourself and continue down the wrong path, or decide to make a change with the 6 months left and go after it.

Remember when you were a kid and you were active ALL DAY until your head hit the pillow (and it only hit the pillow because your parents forced sleep upon you)?

Or maybe you have a munchkin of your own you’re trying to keep up with who lives their days in hot pursuit of whatever their heart desires?

You should take a page from their playbook.

Get MORE active. In everything you do.

Less TV.

More walks.

Less waiting for opportunities to advance your career.

More taking opportunities to advance your career.

Action takers get results.

Be an action taker in your fitness life.

Be an action taker in your career.

Be an action taker in your relationships.

Take action MORE (even as an adult) and live the life you were born to as a child.

Remember as a kid, you only stopped the relentless pursuit of action when your parents told you for the 1,000,000th time and it finally sunk in.

There’s too much can’t, won’t, shouldn’t ingrained in us as youth, and it rubs off on us as adults.

Forget that.

It’s why people accept less than ideal bodies, careers and family lives.

It’s your responsibility to live the life you and your family deserve.

Just like most people AVOID the reality of their weight gain.

Until it’s too late…

And then they just accept the new fluff as a part of getting older…

But the longer you wait the harder it gets…

Don’t be that person.

Listen, I can’t help outfit you with bigger pants and shirts that glorify your curves… I’m not a fashionista.

Nor can I help you light a fire under your ass to improve your career and family life…

But I can help you reverse the weight gain and get sexy as hell…

Come check my shit out (not literally) ->

It’s a 28 day Fat Furnace Mansformation… 28 days to establish the habit of taking action. For your own good.

Get on it.
