Whenever I just don’t have the motivation to get to the gym, I remind myself WHY I do it by consulting my trusty Richard Simmons wall art. There’s something about that magical afro (and the overzealous expression of the guy in the blue shirt) that manages to get me going in the right direction. What’s YOUR daily motivation?
