Summer Shredded in 28 Days?

It’s International Start A Diet Day.

Monday!

We’ve all been there. It’s human nature to want to start fresh after a weekend, but tell me this isn’t how it usually goes.. the motivation starts to fall off by Thursday, you blow your diet on the weekend, and the cycle starts again next Monday.

Well, I’ve got an opportunity for you that’ll finally get you out of that vicious cycle.

Most weight-loss programs recommend you lose about one to two pounds per week.

You’ve seen the weight relapses of The Biggest Loser participants, and don’t want it to happen to you.

Fair enough.

But, let’s face it, sometimes you have no choice but to put the pedal to the metal and lose fat fast, right?

Let’s say you’ve got a high school reunion coming up and you just found out your old crush is bringing her beast of a husband to the party.

You don’t want to be the washed up chubby dude, right?

Have no fear, fast weight loss can be done in a sensible way – but it won’t be easy.

Researchers at McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada, found it’s possible to gain muscle while cutting fat—in just 4 weeks.

In their month-long study published earlier this year, 40 overweight men in their 20s followed an exercise program and ate a calorie-restricted diet of 40% fewer calories below maintenance.

The wrinkle? Half the men followed a lower-protein diet (1.2 grams per kilogram of body weight) and the other half followed a higher-protein diet (2.4 grams per kilogram of body weight).

The results: After 28 days, the higher-protein group saw 2.3 pounds of muscle gain and 10.5 pounds of weight loss. The lower-protein group retained their muscle mass (broke even) and lost about 8 pounds.

So what’s this mean for YOU?

Well, I’ve finalized a program based on the exact formula that the study participants used to lose 10 lbs in 28 days and add muscle at the same time. It’s worked great with some online clients in recent months.

And now’s your chance to get on board.

Here’s how it’s going to work…

– I’m calling it the “28 Day Summer Shred”

– The entire program is only going to be 28 days long (It’s in the name )

– I’m going to provide you with a done for you meal plan crafted to help you increase your metabolism and
burn fat. (This is NOT a diet, it’s a 28 day modified meal plan where all you have to do is read it, and eat it.)

– You’ll need to workout 3-5 times per week

– The workouts will be challenging, even hard at times but never impossible regardless of your ability. And you’ll always have motivation
and accountability from me and the rest of the group.

– Here’s the best part… even though we’re going to work on burning fat, we’re not going to do a single crunch or sit up.

– At the end of the 28 days you should see weight loss of  8-10 pounds and a flatter, more defined mid section. (you’ll probably drop a pant size or two)

– The program starts this coming Thursday

Now, typically my clients pay around $200-400/month or more to get personal training from me.

But since this is going to be the first time (beta group) that  I try out this program on “non-clients” I’m going to only
charge $66 bucks (in honour of Mario’s Penguins in the NHL finals) for the entire 28 day Summer Shred training program AND meal plan.

This will be free for current clients (if you want to really push the envelope in June)

But there’s one small catch to all this…

I’m only taking on 7 people for the beta test group because I want to be sure that I give each individual participant
plenty of attention. Plus, #7 Keith Tkachuk was my favourite hockey player growing up, so 7 has a special place in my heart.

So if you want to be in MUCH better shape come July, email me to claim one of the 7 spots. *Current clients will be exempt from the limit and can join anytime.

Until next time,

Mitch
