Rules to Live By

I stumbled upon a blog that outlines some VERY GOOD habits to live by if happiness is something you strive for (and that should apply to ALL of you). What’s a life if it doesn’t involve true happiness!?

Here’s the cliff notes:

  1.  Wake up early
  2.  Exercise daily
  3.  Disengage (clear your mind before bed)
  4.  Learn new skills
  5.  Regularly help others
  6.  Have multiple ways to “win” each day
