From the US. Single with no kids. Work full time and work on cars, trucks, and bikes for fun.
What led you to team up with Mitch and Calvert Fitness?
I needed a lifestyle change and realized I couldn’t make the progress I needed without help from a coach and expert guidance to see results.
What dieting experience did you try previous to Calvert Fitness? Was there a reason you stopped?
I made several previous attempts but they were always in a “diet” mentality and not a permanent change. That’s why I eventually stopped and gained weight back. This time around was different though.
It’s clear Calvert Fitness worked for you. Why do you think it worked when other diets may not have?
I think it worked because I made a real lifestyle change this time and follow meal plans and exercise daily now. Without that, you always fall back in the same rut eventually. Mitch’s program works because it addresses underlying issues like that and not just a rush to lose weight fast. The bigger weight drops are just a nice bonus when following through with the program.
What were your eating habits like BEFORE joining Calvert Fitness?
Worse than I thought. Portion control and lots of added carbs and sugar and fats like butter, salad dressing, etc were all out of control.
Now that you’ve joined Calvert Fitness, how have your eating habits changed?
I scaled way back on carbs and fats and sugar and added more protein and more whole foods. I’m also in a lot better control of meals and still follow daily meal plans almost to a Tee so things don’t get out of hand.
How much weight did you lose working with Mitch?
I lost 35 lbs while working with Mitch and have continued to lose weight since. I am down 55 lbs now and still going as of typing this
How did your waist measurements change working with Mitch?
Lost 6 inches and a few pant
What were 3 non-scale victories you experienced working with Mitch (compliments, pants fitting etc.)
Pants and shirts fit better. Was able to wear jeans and coats that haven’t fit in years. Had to adjust seatbelt and seat in my vehicle. Lots of compliments about noticeable weight loss. Much easier to walk up stairs and not be out of breath.
If someone is thinking of joining up with Mitch, what would you tell them?
Make sure you are ready to commit. Then make it your top priority and stick with it. You will be guaranteed to see results that way. Then focus on the big picture if you hit a snag or 2. Don’t give up because the results in the end are well worth it.
