DIY Protein Bars (In Yo Mouth!)

I have an addiction.

It costs me more money than I’d like to admit.

And it comes wrapped in plastic.

No, thankfully it’s not cigarettes.

Worse.

Yes, you guessed it…

Quest Bars (which retail for $3/bar and I eat 2 at a time).

But I don’t want you to follow in my addictive foot steps. I’ve found a protein bar recipe that requires no baking and will take you a total of about 5 minutes to whip up… courtesy of rippedrecipes.com

Ingredients
• 3-4 tbsp Hershey’s Dark Chocolate Chips
• 3 scoops protein powder of choice (vanilla or chocolate – don’t ruin it with a fruit flavour)
• 1 cup Quaker Quick Oats
• 1/2 cup Honey (get the real shit from a farmer if you can!)
• 6-8 tbsp Extra Crunchy Natural Peanut Butter
Directions
First, heat the peanut butter and honey in a pot on medium to low heat until it’s thin. Then remove from heat, add your protein powder and oats, and mix up. You may need to add a little water as the mixture will get super thick. Only add a tsp at a time until it reaches a consistency that is relatively hard but will be easy to mold. I put the mixture into a 9×9 glass dish and press it out into a square. Heat up your chocolate chips (I use 30 sec intervals in the microwave mixing in between – usually takes 90 secs total), and cover the top of your protein bars with chocolate. I throw them in the freezer for 30 mins to an hour to harden then cut six lines down and one across for a total of 14 bars. Don’t eat them all at once!

Opportunity For You (Maybe)

P.S. By the way, I’ve stumbled upon something pretty significant recently while working with several of my clients who wanted to achieve faster fat loss. This new discovery I made proved to be pretty amazing at melting fat off the body. It’s a combination of working out in a short burst, high intensity kind of way and a manipulation (for a lack of a better word) of your eating program – NOT A DIET.

But here’s the coolest part of this thing… the results come FAST. And you don’t necessarily need access to a commercial gym. In fact, the entire program lasts 28 days and the results are amazing. I’m considering offering this program to a small group of people who are interested in burning a lot of fat in 28 days.

So I’m calling it my “28 Day Fat Furnace Mansformation Challenge”

If you think you’d be interested in joining my small group of “beta testers” and getting fast fat loss results in 28 days, then click here for all the sexy details
