Baked Oatmeal Crumble

Try this healthy dessert alternative: Baked Oatmeal Crumble



  • 1 cup dry oats
  • 1 cup frozen berries mix
  • 2-3 scoops vanilla whey protein
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • Stevia or splenda sweetener and cinnamon mixed


Pre-heat oven to 325F

Mix oats, protein powder and almond milk in bowl

Add in berries and stir until it’s a “thick” (that’s the technical term) consistency

Sprinkle cinnamon/splenda on top and bake until topping is golden, 25 to 30 minutes or more.
