Try this healthy dessert alternative: Baked Oatmeal Crumble
Ingredients
- 1 cup dry oats
- 1 cup frozen berries mix
- 2-3 scoops vanilla whey protein
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- Stevia or splenda sweetener and cinnamon mixed
Preparation
Pre-heat oven to 325F
Mix oats, protein powder and almond milk in bowl
Add in berries and stir until it’s a “thick” (that’s the technical term) consistency
Sprinkle cinnamon/splenda on top and bake until topping is golden, 25 to 30 minutes or more.
