This is How A Father of 4 Lost 21 Pounds in 2 Months

Tell us about you in 5 sentences or less. Where you from? Are you a parent? Hobbies? 

I was born and still live in Cumberland Beach, Ontario. I have 4 kids 17, 14, 4 and a 5-month-old. 2 of my children are my blood, 2 of them I have raised as my own as their father was not a part of their lives. I love fishing, I enjoy cooking and I have found a new love of the gym as of late.

What led you to team up with Mitch and Calvert Fitness? 

Mitch started a diet bet challenge a few months back and I decided to join. From that alone I learned that he was not about making money but he truly wants to help people make better choicea in their life and get healthy. Soon after the diet bet challenge I signed up to be in his Mansformation program and so far it has worked great for me thanks to Mitch. He doesn’t just seem like my fitness coach I consider him a froend as well.

What dieting experience did you try previous to Calvert Fitness? Was there a reason you stopped? 

I have tried pretty well everything. Isagenix, some magic pills, pretty much sstarving myself etc. I stopped because I was not seeing the results I should have been, they all got boring very fast and I just had no motivation to continue with them.

It’s clear Calvert Fitness worked for you. Why do you think it worked when other diets may not have? 

Honestly, because Mitch knows his stuff and knows how to motivate you. He understands nobody is perfect and people need to be able to enjoy themselves a bit as well as slowly changing there lifestyle. Mitch doesn’t make it seem like it’s impossible. To him anything is possible especially when you have a guy like him giving you the proper tools to succeed.

What were your eating habits like BEFORE joining Calvert Fitness? 

Not great. I ate junk food on the weekends, lots of breads,potatoes, gravy for dinner etc. I also liked to endulge on my alcoholic beverages but that was mostly because I was dissapointed with myself and how I let myself get so out of shape.

Now that you’ve joined Calvert Fitness, how have your eating habits changed? 

They have changed immensely. I don’t crave the crappy food at all. I hardly drink and because of the fact I feel so good about myself now I would never change these new eating habits. I feel great because of them.

How much weight did you lose working with Mitch? 

As of today I have lost 21 lbs with Mitch in just a few months and have replaced the fat with some lean muscle

How did your waist measurements change working with Mitch? 

My measurements changed quite a bit I lost and am still losing where I wanted to waist, hips etc and I have gained in all the right places biceps, chest etc

What were 3 non-scale victories you experienced working with Mitch (compliments, pants fitting etc.) 

Definitely a few compliments lately. I feel like I am in way better shape and look it in my eyes as well. I am way more active all around with my kids, the dog and the wife …wink wink lol and of course my clothes fit better….much better

If someone is thinking of joining up with Mitch, what would you tell them?

Do it! Think no longer. If you want to end up with a way better feeling about yourself, your life and your choices then what are you waiting for?
