Humiliating Facebook photo

You’ve been there.

A night of debauchery, followed by the morning after waking up
to notifications on your phone.

“You’ve been tagged in a photo”

Gulp.

I faced this dire situation on Nov. 1, 2008.

It wasn’t the fact I was dressed up in this ridiculous genie costume
that was so humiliating… (although that’s pretty bad in retrospect)

But the fact I looked so bloated. And this was years after my weight loss transformation.

I was now being paid to help people get in shape by this point. And wasn’t a living example of such.

I can’t find the photo now, but I likely hired some hacker to make it disappear.

I vowed to never let myself get to that point again.

And when I think I’m teetering on the edge nowadays, I’ll do a quick 30 day reset using a specific formula that works every time.

As a fitness trainer, when people come to me, the number one thing they ask for is to help them get abs – but also to do it in a short amount of time.

In most cases, I prefer the slow and steady approach – the results are more sustainable – but I know it’s human nature to procrastinate and then put the pedal to the metal hard right before that wedding, reunion or random encounter with the ex.

Sometimes I find better ways to get you faster results and other times I discover things that just don’t work (but seemed good in theory).

Recently, I shifted my focus on finding new and faster ways to drop more fat and to find a better way to get my clients flatter, more defined abs in 30 days, since that’s their initial goal in many cases.

I *think* I discovered the perfect quick fix formula.

Will you go from 280 lbs to 210 lbs with a six pack? Absolutely not.

But I say I think because up until now I’ve only tested this with myself and, more recently, with current clients. I’ve never used this system with every day people – you know folks who have not worked out for a while if ever. It was mine to use alone, and I didn’t really want to share it because I’m afraid it sends the wrong message (short term satisfaction)

But using it with “Average Joes” would be the TRUE test of my new discovery.

My clients are getting amazing results from this new 30 day program I’ve put in place. And there’s no reason you can’t do the same.

They love it because the results come fast, the belly fat just falls right off and we could see really noticeable results in less than 30 days.

But it’s not easy, and I need to test it out with people who have never been through my training programs, and that’s why I’m writing you…

I’m thinking of doing a “beta test group” where I would work with a small group of people who want to burn fat, get definition and flatten your abs so you can pick out a humiliating costume to wear with pride this Halloween.

I plan on tracking everything so I can quantify REAL results from people who I have never worked with before.

I’m still working on the outline for the program so I don’t know how many people I want to take in. It’ll involve a fair bit of coaching.

But if you think that you’d be interested in being a test subject (yes a “genie” pig) in my beta test group while I test out the new belly fat burning workouts and nutrition program I discovered go to https://mitchcalvert.com/coaching and put “genie” in the coupon field.

Only take the time if you’re ready to rock now and want to give it an honest effort for 30 days.

I’m putting the details of the program together in the next  day or so and then it should be ready to go for the beta test group.

Again, just let me know if you think you’d be a good fit. Apply here: https://mitchcalvert.com/coaching
