Fitness Lessons from… Bachelor in Paradise?

I’m still reeling from the surprise turn of events during Monday’s episode of Bachelor in Paradise, so bear with me…

Beautiful women seem to have a way of getting what they want with subtle manipulation…

In case you haven’t been watching it (shame on you), two characters on the show, Samantha and Joe, texted AT LENGTH before coming on, developing a bit of a relationship.

They, of course, hit it off when coming together on the show, but their pre-texting relationship came to light and drama ensued.

In a strange turn of events, Samantha eliminates Joe at the rose ceremony this week out of the blue over “too much drama” when really eliminating Joe was the most dramatic thing she could have done.

Women are just as guilty as men at stringing along the opposite sex to serve their own interests…

But to bring this back to the case in point…

Karma rears its head eventually..

Samantha has received a lot of backlash over her deceits.

It’s just like those who CLAIM they want to make a change, are sick of their beer gut, lack of energy and diminished sex drive…

But, like Samantha, are living a lie talking out one side of their mouth without actually doing what they say they’re willing to do.

In fitness as in life,

you only get RESULTS that stick, if you…

plant the seeds

you water them DAILY

and take a long-term view, putting in the work consistently.

You don’t see a baby pop out of your woman as
soon as you’re ‘done’… do ya?

Yikes.. maybe not the best example there (my mom and mom-in-law READ this)

So how do you ‘fertilize’ your physique?

so that you REAP the REWARDS?

You PUT IN THE WORK consistently.

I would not be where I am had I not tried. Tried jogging. Tried going to the gym. Tried eating right.

All that trying led to doing which led to success.

It was not a straight line to success, but one with peaks and valleys that trended upwards over time. I learned a ton from the failures, and now help clients get results on a straight line to success without nearly as much valleys.

P.S. If you want a plan done for you, that guarantees results if you simply EXECUTE and PUT IN THE WORK, you should check out my Mansformation Challenge, opening up in early September with 5 spots up for grabs.

It’s not free nor easy, and lying to yourself about why you can’t do it is not going to change that body staring back at you in the mirror, so only apply if you’re ready to change the “man in the mirror” for good.
